How to Choose Your Child’s Shoes

What Is Plantar Fasciitis?

What Is a Lisfranc Injury?

If you are experiencing severe pain and swelling in the midfoot area and are having trouble bearing weight on your foot, you may have sustained a Lisfranc joint injury. This joint is a band of tissue that connects the long bones that lead to the toes to the tarsal bones in the arch and helps with alignment and strength of the foot.
